APPROVED:Docket Nos.11120015 V through 11120017 V:Development Standards Variances for floor area ratio less than 0.5;building occupying less than 70%frontage;and prohibited ground sign. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is January 24,2015.
