Dear Mr.Prosser:
At the meeting held Tuesday,January 24,2012,the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
205 East Cannel Drive.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.11120015 V through 11120017 V:Development Standards Variances for floor area ratio less
than 0.5;building occupying less than 70%frontage;and prohibited ground sign.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is January 24,2015.
