Project Notes
General
- 1. All Contractors are to verify all dimensions, notes, revision dates,
anc! Builder's specifications, per their work.
2. AIl Contractors are to clean up the jobsite, per their work.
3. All Contractors are to verify all applicable codes or ordinances, per their
work. Any substitution to any materials, components, or assemblies
generically shown on these documents, shall also be verified.

documents are for illustration purposes only, and may not be the
actuat size, or model number used for construction.
5. Notify the Architect of any conflicts, per alI drawing notes, or itlustrations.
Verify the degree of "finished" or "unfinished" areas.
The Architect shall not have control of, or be responsible for construction
means, methods and procedures, costs, safety, other's written specifications,
and acts of omissian by the Owner, Builder, Subcontractors, or others
performing or supplying work and products to the Project.
6. Apply all applicable practices to maintain permanent protectiQn against
moisture damage, and water intrusion into the structure.
7. The Architect shall approve any Shop Drawings required of this Projec�
$. All site and landscape planning, interior design, and kitchen-bath details are
by the appropriate Subcontractor.
9. AII mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design (MEP) shall be by the
appropriate Sabcontractor.
Sit�
l. All fiil brought to the site shalt achieve minimum compaction required
for construction of this project.
2. Final grade shall be determined by individual site conditions
3. Slope grade away from the building perimeter.
4. Coordinate masonry ledge ancUor foundation wall, with the final grade.
Structure
1. Atl framing shall conform with practices, iastallation requirements and
procedures of the sappliers, and manufacturers.
2. Waod, concrete, or steei floor and roof trusses, beams,��olumns, joists, rafters,
and wall assemblies shall be sized and certifed by the manufaeturer, or supplier.
' 3. All live and dead loads to be calculated per all codes and conditions. Review
all documents and specifications to determine the loads of all materials,
camponents, and assemblies used on this project.

Z. For structural additions to an existing building, match ali materials,
components, and assembiies to the existing same, whenever possible.
3. Review the 2012 Indiana Energy Efficiency Code for compliance.
4. Verify any requirements with local Homeowneu's, or Development associations.
