Dear Mr. Thomas:
Enclosed please find a set of Construction Plans which were revised in
accordance with your letter dated August 81, 201,2, Those comments were
addressed as follows:
CONSTRUCTION SWPP '
1. General
We have provided the volume that need's to be treated by each water
quality unit and the associated unit and is sized based on the Indianapolis
approved treatment rates for the unit.
. Temporary Lake#2 has been revised to a fully constructed lake. We
have indicated on the plans the planting plan and protection signage
locations and details for a 8' mesic seed mix to be seeded around the
perimeter of the pond above normal pool. We have listed all B Ps in this
section on Sheet C808.
a, The location of the Water Quality unit on the outlet of Lake#2 was
not moved due to maintenance purposes. We have placed this
unlit within 18 feet of the future back of curb. This seems to be the
best location rather than providing a lengthy access easement and
drive path to the rear of the lots and common area..
b. See response# . We no longer are proposing a temporary lake.
c. Both Lake 1 and Lake 2 now meet the 8ft deep minimum and are
V2 acre in size,
d, The Construction details for each type of water quality unit has
been provided on the plans. See Sheet C808.
8.
c. The C & M manual comments will be updated and provided to you
under a separate submittal as soon as they are completed.
Please expect these within a few days of this submittal of the
Construction Plans,
