GENERAL NOTES AND DESIGN CRITERIA
This plan was designed and drafted by Design Basics, Inc.. to meet average WWi-
tions and codes in the State M Nebraska at the thne It was designed. This plan was
also designed M seismic zone 1. Because codes and requ iremass can change and
may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, Design Basics. W. cannot warrant com-
pliance with any specific code or regulation. Consult your local bulift offuial to
determine the suitability of these plans for your specific site and application.

is the responsibffiry of the purchaser and/or builder of 04 plan to see that the
