during construction such as, but not limited to: Siltation basins. Silt
traps. Straw bole domes, Soil Cement. Mulch and Seeding. Soil stabilization
fabric, and Jute netting.

Prior to construction of any permanent structures, all topsoil and organic
matter, frozen, wet soft, loose, or undesirable soil shall be removed. Topsoil
shall be removed to a minimum depth to six Inches (C) or as necessary tc

remove organic matter in the areas to be occupied by roads, walks and
designated building areas.

the city, county and all agencies in respect to design and quality of
construction. Granular backfill shall be required under all pavement

Trenches shall be opened sufficently ahead of pipe laying to reveal

workmen and adjacent structures. All trenching shall be done in
accordance with O.S.H.A. standards to protect workmen.

Extra strength Reinforced Concrete Pipe to be placed under paved
areas and a minimum cover of 12- shall be maintained.

Storm water sediment traps shall be cleaned when they become half
filled with sediment and otter permanent ground comver has been
established.

The above property does not lie within a known flood plain (Zone Q per
FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Mop, Panel No. 1800111-0013-C. effective
date May 19, 1981.

Anchor all erosion control blankets as required per manufacturers
recommendations.

Remove oil trees and brush from invert of ditch along south property
line and leave existing gross and undergrowth along banks of ditch
undisturbed to prevent any erosion. All excavation of storm sewers
outleting into ditch shall be filled, seeded, and use appropriate erosion
control as shown or outlined above.

A grease pit / oil seperator will be required for the trench droin in the
vehicle maintenance room.
