1. THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED PER THE ARCHITECTS INTERPRETATION
OF ALL CODE REQUIREMENTS. VARIOUS GOVERNING AGENCIES
SOMETIMES NTERPRET CODES AND ORDINANCES DIFFERENTLY.
THESE AGENCIES HAVE JURISDICTION TO REQUIRE CHANGES IN
DESIGN OR CONSTRUCTION DUE TO THEIR INTERPRETATION. ANY
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE DESIGN MAY NECCESSITATE
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.
8. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL SCRUTINIZE ALL DRAWING SHEETS TO
DETERMINE THE FULL EXTENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EACH
RESPECTIVE TRADE.
