SITE ELECTRICAL NOTES
1. PROVIDE #10 AWG OF CABLE W/ FULL SIZED GROUND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH NEC ARTICLE 339, BURIED AT 24 INCHES,
FROM THE DISTRIBUTION PANELBOARD TO ALL SITE LIGHTING
STANDARDS.
2. PROVIDE A FOUNDATION, EQUIPMENT GROUND, GROUNDING ROD,
ETC.AS NOTED IN THE FOUNDATION DETAIL FOR LIGHTING
STANDARDS.
3. AFTER MOUNTING OF WALL MOUNTED LIGHTING FIXTURES CAULK
AROUND BASE.
4. PROVIDE EXTRA HEAVY WALL SCHEDULE 80 PVC SLEEVES WHERE
COIJUITS PASS THRU EXTERIOR WALLS AND CONCRETE
SLA S. ALSO, SEAL SLEEVES WITfi MATERIALS APPROVED FOR
FIRESTOPPING AND WEATHERPROOFING.
LIGHTING NOTES
1. PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY ELECTRICAL TO ALLOW FOR "C"
FIXTURES TO BE DIMMED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO 30
AMP. CIRCUIT BREAKERS AT THE PANEL, #10 AWG CONDUCTOR,
3K WATT DIMMERS W/ ON /OFF SWITCH AND 30 AMP. LIGHTING
CONTACTORS FOR EACH CIRCUIT.
2. FIELD COORDINATE EXACT LOCATION OF SANCTUARY LIGHTING
CONTROL WITfi OWNER.
3. PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY ELECTRICAL FOR THE "M" FIXTURES
(SANCTUARY SPOT LIGHTING) TO BE DIMMABLE AND TO BE
SECURELY MOUNTED PER. MANUFACTURES RECOMMENDATIONS'.
4. PROVIDE EXIT LIGHTING WHERE INDICATED ON DRAWINGS
MOUNTING TYPE TO BE AS NECESSARY FOR THAT LOCATION.
ELECTRICAL NOTES
1. PROVIDE GROUND FAULT INTERRUPT (GFI) RECEPTACLES AT ALL
LOCATIONS WHERE EXPOSED TO MOISTURE OR WITHIN 8 FEET OF
SINKS.
2. PROVIDE ALL WORK NOTED "DIVISION 16" AS DESCRIBED IN
DIVISION 15 SPECIFICATIONS AND ON MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING
DRAWINGS NECESSARY FOR COMPLETE AND OPERATING SYSTEMS.
3. FIELD COORDINATE EXACT PLACEMENT OF RECEPTACLES IN
OFFICE AREAS WITH FURNITURE LAYOUT /OWNER.
4. PROVIDE SINGLE GANG BOX WITH 3/4 INCH CONDUIT STUBBED
TO ABOVE ACCESSIBLE CEILING SPACE AT ALL LOCATIONS
NOTES AS FOR PHONES
5. FIELD COORDINATE EXACT PLACEMENT OF J -BOXES FOR PHONE
LOCATION WITH OWNER.
6. FIELD COORDINATE EXACT PLACEMENT OF INCOMING SERVICE/
DISTRIBUTION PANELS.
7. PROVIDE SANCTUARY SOUND SYSTEM AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION
16770. COORDINATE EXACT PLACEMENT WITH OWNER AND
PROVIDE ISOLATED BRANCH CIRCUIT AND GROUND. NOTE THAT
THE LOCATIONS OF SPEAKERS, MICROPHONE OUTLETS AND OTHER
EQUIPMENT LOCATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN INDICATED ON THE
DRAWINGS. HOWEVER ALL EQUIPMENT AS SPECIFIED IS TO BE
PROVIDED, AND LOCATED PER MANUFACTURES RECOMMENDATIONS
INCLUDING ALL NECESSARY SUPPORTS, CONDUIT, CONDUCTOR,
MOUNTING EQUIPMENT ETC. FOR A COMPLETE AND OPERATING
SYSTEM.
8. PANEL "B" CONTAINS DISTRIBUTION SOURCE FOR HVAC
EQUIPMENT. OVERCURRENT PROTECTION. CONDUCTOR SIZE AND
CONDUIT SIZE IS ALSO NOTED ON TILE PANEL
SCHEDULE. AGAIN, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL CLOSELY
EXAMINE DIVISION 15 SPECIFICATIONS AND
MECHANICAL /PLUMBING DRAWINGS FOR ELECTRICAL WORK AND
EQUIPMENT LOCATIONS.
9. PROVIDE INTERLOCKING OF EF- 1,2,3 &4 WITfi THE LIGHT
SWITCHES IN EACH OF THE RESTROOMS.
10. ALL CIRCUIT BREAKERS FOR MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT ARE TO BE
MOTOR RATED.
11. ALL DISCONNECTS FOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ARE TO BE
HEAVY DUTY, FUSED AND WHERE MOUNTED OUTDOORS
WEATHERPROOF.
12. PROVIDE A 120 VOLT RECEPTACLE AT ALL MECHANICAL
EQUIPMENT LOCATIONS WHERE REQUIRED BY NEC ARTICLE
#210 -63.
13. PROVIDE A 4'X4'X3/4" PRIMED AND PAINTED TELEPHONE
TERMINAL BOARD WITH A DEDICATED RECEPTACLE AND A 1"
CONDUIT W /PULL STRING TO 10' OUTSIDE BUILDING. FLAG,
PROVIDE WALL SLEEVE AND COORDINATE WITH THE PHONE
COMPANY.
