Meridian Street Indianapolis, IN 46204 RE: Mohawk Hills Redevelopment (Gramercy PUD) Docket No. 11100022 DP /ADLS Dear Matt: The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting on August 21, 2012, regarding an application for Development Plan and Architecture, Design, Lighting, Landscaping, and Signage (ADLS) approvals for redevelopment of this site for commercial and residential uses. The site is located at approximately 751 E. 126th Street, at the southwest corner of 126th St. and Keystone Pkwy. The site is zoned PUD /Planned Unit Development. APPROVED: Docket No. 11100022 DP /ADLS, Mohawk Hills Redevelopment (Gramercy PUD) was approved as amended and presented to the Commission. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
