The Rain Hair Salon project occupies approximately three percent (3%) of the ground floor area of a seven (7) story building. Beneath the ground floor and separated with a 3-hour fire resistive assembly, is an unheated parking garage. The Rain Hair Salon project is a Group B occupancy, and the construction type of this project and the shell and core is I-B. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth. The Rain Hair Salon tenant is a Business Occupancy providing hair and nail services for Carmel residents.
