7. THE MAKE AND MODEL NUMBERS SPECIFIED ARE PREFERRED OR MINIMUM STANDARDS. OTHER
EQUIPMENT MAY BE CONSIDERED, IF PROVEN EQUAL.
6. ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST QUALITY STANDARDS OF THE TRADE AND
SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE TO ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL CODES.
9. ITEMS NOTED "N.I.G." (NOT IN CONTRACT), "BY OWNER" OR "EX15nN6" SHALL NOT BE
INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT, BUT PROVISION SHALL BE MADE BY RESPECTIVE TRADES TO ALLOW
INSTALLATION OF ITEMS NOTED. ALL FIN154 IE5 OF FLOORS, BASES, WAINSCOTS, WALLS AND
CEILINGS BEHIND, UNDER AND /OR OVER THESE ITEMS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE 6ENERAL

5. NEW DOOR OPENINGS TO CON515T OF 3' -0" X 1 3/4" SOLID GORE WOOD DOOR WITH
FRAME AND HARDWARE. HEIGHT, WOOD, FINISH, FRAME AND HARDWARE TO MATCH ADJACENT
DOORS. REUSE EXISTING DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE IF AVAILABLE AND APPLICABLE.
6. ALL NEW INSTALLED DOOR FRAMES SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH T16HT AND NEAT JOINTS AND SHALL
ADHERE T16HTLY A&AIN5T THE WALL. IF NECESSARY, ALL GAPS OR JOINTS SHALL BE CAULKED TO

7. EXIT DOORS SHALL HAVE THUMB TURN LOCKS WITH A SIGN ADJACENT TO THE DOOR STATING *THIS

A CONTRASTING BACKGROUND.
