If erosion of sediment from the site is taking place. the owner shall take preventative action Immedfatey. The engineer shall be consulted in the event this happens. 2) Temporary seading is to be applied to any graded area that will remain unaltered for an extended period of time. 3) Permanent seeding is to be applied immediately to areas that have achieved final and finished grade. 4) Preserve existing vegetation on the site whenever and wherever possible to prevent topsol erosion. 5) AA sediment capturing measures are to be implemented prior to the disturbance of the construction area they are intended to service. 6) All erosion control measures proposed are to be properly maintained to continue their effectiveness. 7) If grading occurs during December. January. February dormant seeding procedures shag be used. 8) During dry weather, keep lawn watered with sprinklers or other approved methods. Reseed any areas not germinating or damaged at intervals as may be required accordig to seasonal condition and /or construction activity.
