Docket No. 12070013 V ZO CH 26.04 15 ft. Front yard buffer (0 ft requested)

Corridor Overlay Zone. Filed by David Kingen on behalf of the owner.

o Variance would legally establish reduction of front yard buffer to 0 feet
o No improvements will be done to site

o Any future improvements to this building would need to meet these new setbacks
® If development plan is changed or building demolished, any new building would need to meet
original setbacks and requirements
Action: Mrs. Plavchak APPROVED Docket Nos. 12070012 V and 12070013 V, Methodist
Medical Plaza North for 90 feet build to line (65 feet requested) and 15 feet front yard buffer (0 feet
requested).
