LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 17 North,
Range 3 East, described as follows:
Beginning on the South line of said North Half Section, 60.0 feet East of the Southwest
corner of said North Half Section at intersection with West line of said I.U.T. Traction Co.
Right of way line to a point 119.1 feet North and 80.0 feet East of said Southwest
corner; thence East 66.0 feet (67.2 feet measured) to East line of said right of way, thence
Southwesterly along said East right of way line 120.9 feet to intersection with said South
line; thence West on said South line 66.0 feet (66.82 feet measured ) to place of beginning
also adjoining said West line of the right —of —way 90 feet off the South end of Lot #250, in
Orin Jessup Land Company's 2nd Addition to Home Place, as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot #250 running East 44 feet; thence Northeast 90
feet, more or less, (90.45 feet measured); thence West 58 feet, more or less, (60.2 feet
measured); thence South 90 feet (90.45 feet measured) to point of beginning.
Also the West 112 of the vacated Jessup Boulevard as conveyed to the Grantor in a certain
