The.proposed sign is made of a brick base and

"�� the face of the sign. It will be about 4' tall and about
12 sq. ft. The size and height meet the ordinance requirements.

Findings of Fact
1. The approval of these variances Will;not,be injurious to the public health, safety, morals, and general
welfare of the'community because": the sign will assist in identifying the church entrance and parking to
' patrons. It will be designed in a Similar fashion to other signs in the area and will match the aesthetics of the
church. _ -
2. The use'and'value of'th'e area,'adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a
substantially adverse manner.because: the sign is similar to surrounding businesses and would not be
obstructive to the vision of dr'ivers and pedestrians. Uses to the east of the church are residential and the proposed
sign design is•unobtrusive toresidential development.
