APPROVED:Docket Nos.12010003 V and 12020005 V: Development Standards Variances for pool side yard setback and pool setback from an easement with Conditions: grade cannot change and approval of the Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
