Dear Mr.Broadwater:
At the meeting held Monday,February 27,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
497 Wetherby Lake Drive.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.12010003 V and 12020005 V: Development Standards Variances for pool side yard setback
and pool setback from an easement with Conditions: grade cannot change and approval of the Carmel Board of Public
Works and Safety.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is February 27,2015.
