APPROVED:Docket No.12010004 V:Development Standards Variance for time limit of temporary use with the Condition the three year approval is for the construction trailer only;any storage trailers would require additional approvals. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is February 27,2015.
