Dear Ms. Stafford:
At the meeting held Monday,February 27,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V)filed by you for the property located at
3870 Long Ridge Boulevard.
APPROVED:Docket No.12010004 V:Development Standards Variance for time limit of temporary use with the
Condition the three year approval is for the construction trailer only;any storage trailers would require additional
approvals.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is February 27,2015.
