Please see the petitioner's informational packet for more detail on this variance request. Findings of Fact 1. The approval of these variances will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community because: The trailer exists today, so extending the time limit by a year or two makes sense. 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner because: The trailer exists today, so extending the time limit by a year or two makes sense. - 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property because: the construction trailer will have to be removed, and the lot will have to be put on the market for sale. Recommendation: After all comments and concerns have been addressed, the Dept. of Community Services recommends positive consideration of Docket No. 12010004 V, for a time limit extension of 36 months.
