Legal Description:
Part of the southeast quarter of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 3 East
more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of said quarter sectiormeasure east along the south
line thereof 1449.85 feet for a place of beginning; thence deflecting left
89 degrees 23 minutes measure north 577.5 feet to a point; thence deflecting
right 89 degrees 23 minutes measure east parallel to the south line of the
aforesaid quarter section 895.7 feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees
37 minutes measure southerly 577.5 feet to the south line of the aforesaid
quarter section; thence west with same 895.7 feet to the place of beginning,
containing 11.87 acres, more or less.
Except: Fran the southwest corner of said quarter section measure east along
the south line thereof 1449.85 feet for a place of beginning; thence
deflecting left 89 degrees 23 minutes measure north 577.50 feet to a point;
thence deflecting left 89 degrees 23 minutes measure east parallel to the
south line of the aforesaid quarter section 426.17 feet; thence deflecting

4. Septic tank riser is to have a safely secured gas -tight cover
5. Effluent pimp; Hydronmatic SP -50 or equal
CENERAL NOTES
1. Constriction of septic system will be done when soils are dry.
2. System as designed and shown is cone with the intention of the system
being installed at minimum depths.
3. No clay fill materials will be placed over absorption field.
4. Finish grading over absorption field will be done to obtain positive
surface drainage away from field. Any finish grading done in area of
absorption field will be done with light equipment.
5. No compaction from construction traffic to be allowed in absorption area.
It is suggested the area be isolated by fence or other means.
6. Existing elevations shown should be verified before construction begins.
Design stun is based on elevations shown.
7. Compact soil around the manifold and between trenches to prevent migration
of effluent along the manifold
8. Surfaces, connections, and accessess to all tanks are to be sealed
watertight to prevent groundwater and surface water leakage into system.
9. All absorption lateral trench bottoms shall be level along their length.
