We, the undersigned, appointed by the Superior Court of Hamilton County, as appraisers,
after having taken oath to honestly and impartially assess and determine the damages that the
Defendants will sustain by reason of the appropriation of the real estate described in the
complaint filed herein, now report and, as to the real estate owned by the Defendants, show as
follows:
I. The fair market value of the real estate appropriated, including
easement(s), from the Defendants, which appropriated real estate
is described in Exhibit A to the Plaintiffs Complaint $ .151000
