LAND DESCRIPTION
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of the Second
Principal Meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South line of the said Quarter Section South 90 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds West (assumed bearing) 1,225.50 feet from the Southeast corner thereof, which is the
Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to David L. and Ann L. Helmer per Warranty Deed
recorded as Instrument # 9349920 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana (the
next three courses are along the Easterly boundary of said tract); 1) thence North 00 degrees 21
minutes 06 seconds East parallel with the East line of the said Quarter Section 200.00 feet; 2)
thence North 42 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West 136.14 feet; 3) thence North 00 degrees 21
minutes 06 seconds East parallel with the said East line 102.79 feet to the Point of Beginning
marked by a 5/8 inch diameter rebor with yellow plastic cap stamped "P.I. Cripe, Inc." ( the next four
