The rezoning application for approval consists of approximately 1.29 acres from the
currently zoned status of PUD/Planned Unit Development to S-2/Residence to match
the other property owned by the Hunters and Pullins. This site is south of 2155 E 99th
Street, Indianapolis, IN 46280 and east of Westfield Boulevard.
On 12-31-2009, these parcels were purchased from the Aramore PUD and were
intended to preserve the mature trees while maintaining the current tree canopy,
provide homes for the dislocated wildlife and provide a green-buffered area between
our homes and the impending Aramore multifamily dwellings.
There are no existing plans for development of these parcels at this time or in the
projected future. The only current design is for the transplantation of additional trees
and native plantings, which will enhance the ambiance of our little slice of heaven.
