APPROVED:Docket No.12020003 V:Development Standards Variance for time limit of model home use with the Condition of a two year time limit. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for two(2)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is February 27,2014.
