Hi Adrienne-
The post office is closed today.The address that I plan to use is 320 1/2 1st Ave NE. I can call the property owner and let
him know that I can officially give him the address tomorrow. I just want to run it by the post office. If you want me to
call the property owner, I just need his name and phone number. Once the address is assigned I will send the property
owner a letter for their records.Thanks for your help!

Pam,
The BZA granted a Variance to the property owner(Docket No. 08010006 V)to allow a carriage house on less than 1
acre on February 28, 2008. Based on the description by Garry Huls (Uncle of the Property Owner),the garage
apartment is only occupied for a portion of the year, and is not rented. Therefore, we believe the property remains in
compliance with the Variance, and do not object to a separate address at the carriage house.
Attached for your files are copy of the BZA Letter of Grant and written request/map for a new address. Let me know if
you have any questions.
