Dear Mr. &Mrs. Blanchford:
The Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action at a March 26, 2012
meeting regarding an application for a development standards variance approval to install a
stamped concrete front yard fence, 8 feet in height. The property is located at 13746 Deer
Ridge Place, Carmel 46033, zoned S-1/Residence, and not within any Overlay Zone.
Note: No Permit is Required to Install the Fence.
APPROVED: Docket No. 12030001 V Ordinance Chptr 25.02.01 Maximum fence height in front yard
