We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients Jeff and Wendi Butler. Please note that this home was designed to accomplish the requirement that we not have a full two story plan on Lot E. We believe this floor plan and elevation style will bring another unique home to Old Town Carmel. As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit. This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four -sided elevations. The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to finalization of the home and installation will be the following: • Exterior Colors for Paint, Gutters, Roofing, and Brick • Landscape Plan Please let me know what additional information we can provide to you. ir}cer ly u in . I determined that there are no key trees on this site to preserve. The trees each have issues that make them poor candidates for preservation. Specifically o There is a small grouping of Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris) that could be retained except they have very little life left. They have evidence of pest infestation and little green foliage left. o The trees in the center of the lot fall inside the house foot print. o There are a couple scotch pines (Pinus sylvestris) that are suffering from Zimmerman pine moth and pine needle blight in the North conservation barrier. These trees are not in good enough condition to preserve. o The remainder of the North conservation barrier is made up of dead Black cherry (Prunus serotina) which should be removed to lessen the threat of property damage. This is a lot that will give the developer and property owner a chance to start with a clean slate and add new trees after construction. I certify that all the statements of fact in this report are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that they are made in good faith. These trees have been inspected for preservation concerns and not for risk assessment concerns. No claim is made as to their structural integrity.
