APPROVED:Docket Nos.12030021 V through 12030023 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs(4 proposed,3 allowed);two signs facing one public right-of-way: east(2 proposed, 1 allowed); and total square footage (360 proposed,270 allowed). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is April 23,2015.
