Dear Mr.Cline:
At the meeting held Monday,April 23,2012, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
11550 N.Meridian Street.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.12030021 V through 12030023 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs(4
proposed,3 allowed);two signs facing one public right-of-way: east(2 proposed, 1 allowed); and total square footage
(360 proposed,270 allowed).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is April 23,2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
