The applicant seeks approval to erect a building canopy and generator enclosure:, site is located at
1,1590 N. Meridian St. It is zoned S2'&B6, and located within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by John
Kyger of.Gastinger Walker Harden+ BeeTriplett Buck, for REI Investments, Inc.
The petitioner seeks approval for a few minor changes to the site. These,include the following:
1.. Adding a generator enclosure and brick veneer over a generator,
2. Adding a sidewalk connection;
3. Adding some new landscaping, and
4. Adding anew, slightly larger canopy to one of the entrances of the building.

Recommendation: The Dept of Community Services (DOCS)recommends that the Committee approves this
item after all comments and concerns are'addressed.
