Notice is hereby given that the Carmel /Clay Hearing Officer of the Board of Zoning
Appeals meeting on the 29th of May, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall, Caucus Room, 1 Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing seeking approval for a Variance of
Development Standards to:
Allow for a no landscaping requirement along 146th Street and reduced landscaping along US 31.
Also, to allow for a 100 square foot sign on the north wall of the building.
