Dear Mr. Ochs:
At the meeting held Tuesday,May 29,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V)filed by you for the property located at
14598 Lowes Way.
APPROVED:Docket Nos.12040007 V and 12040009 V:Development Standards Variances for reduction in
landscaping requirements along 1461h Street and US 31 and an additional 100 square feet wall sign on the north facade.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is May 29,2015.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
