Included with this letter is a site design review application and supplemental information
for Lot C/7A Blackwell Park Subdivision on 3rd Ave NE. We are filing these plans on
behalf of our clients Chadd and Joelle Baugher.
There were no requirements regarding the number of stories on this structure per our
zoning approvals and you will find that the height of the home is within the guidelines of
the Old Town Overlay Ordinance as it pertains to adjacent contributing structures.
As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today
we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit.
This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four-sided elevations.
The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to finalization of the home and
installation will be the following:
• Exterior Colors for Paint, Gutters, Roofing, and Brick
• Landscape Plan
