Petitioner,please note the following:
1. This item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). However,the petitioner must
get plans out to each TAC member and work with each TAC member individually to gain approvals.The
updated TAC members list is online at: www.carmel.in.gov/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentlD=708.
2. Mailed and published public notice does not need to occur.
3. Proof of Notice is not needed.
4. This item will be reviewed administratively.
5. The filing fee is due prior to the Director's approval (signature on the plat).(already paid)
DOCS' review comments:
1. Please add docket nos. 12040017 SP-Replat and 5-82 PP the plat.
2. Please add the letter A to each replatted lot number,so they read 23A, 24A, etc..
3. Please fill in all the instrument no. blanks.
4. Please add a location map.
5. Please add the zoning; S-1/Residence,to the plat.
6. Please add the Weavers' phone number to the owner info on the plat.
7. Staff cannot present a Secondary Plat to the Director for signature until Ms.Terry Krueskamp
(tkrueskamp @carmel.in.gov) in Information Systems receives an e-mail with an electronic file of the plat
attached (MicroStation.dgn is preferred, or AutoCad .dwg), and it(the e-mail) has been copied to myself and
Alexia Donahue-Wold (awold @carmel.in.gov).
8. Please submit a revised Secondary Plat after making above-mentioned changes. Once these changes have been
made and comments addressed,please produce a Mylar copy(with the surveyor's and land owner's
signatures) for signature by this Department. Two paper copies of the plat must be filed with the Mylar prior
to recording, and two paper copies and a Mylar of the recorded plat must be submitted following recording of
the document. Our approval of the secondary plat(signature)will be forthcoming upon revision of the plans
according to the items listed above.
9. Please work with Dave Barnes in the Engineering Dept.to get on a BPW (Board of Public Works) meeting
agenda. His number is 571-2441,and his email address is dbarnes @carmel.in.gov.
10. Lastly,please submit a.pdf or.jpg file of the scanned,recorded plat.
