The applicant seeks approval for one new wall sign, re-facing an existing wall sign, replace awnings and paint some trim
on the building.
The site is located at 12195 N. Meridian St. and is zoned B-3. It is located within the US 31 Overlay Zone.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This Item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee.
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. Proof of Notice is not needed.
4. The Filing Fee and Eight(8) Information packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary, Ramona
Hancock, no later than 12:00 PM, Friday, May 25, 2012. If filing fee and materials are not delivered by this time,
this application will be continued to the Wednesday, June 27, 2012 meeting.
5. Please include the following in your packet (stapled):
a) Pages 1-2 of your ADLS Amendment application
b) Site plan showing where the sign will go on the property
c) Illustration showing what the sign will look like on the building or site
d) Color drawing of the sign with dimensions, materials and height •
e) Lighting plan or lighting type, if applicable
6. This Item will appear on the Tuesday, June 5, 2012 agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies Committee
at 6:00 pm in the Caucus Room, Second Floor, City Hall. Please have a representative attend to present your
request.
7. Petitioner, please explain/show where the paint colors specified will be applied to the building.The colors
listed on the drawings"Coastal Trail", "Blue Rendezvous" and "Red Maple" are not shown in the photos.The
areas to be painted in the photo are shown as red.
