Introduction
Indiana Members Credit Union seeks Plan Commission approval of its Architectural
Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage and approval of its Development Plan to construct
its 11,320 square foot single story financial institution office building at the northwest corner of
East 96th Street and Gray Road (the Carmax outlot). The all brick building will be brown with
accent trim colors and a dark gray standing seam metal roof. The building will be occupied by
Indiana Members Credit Union.
Lighting of the site will be provided by 20' tall down directional box light fixtures (8 poles,
3 with dual fixtures; 5 with single fixtures) and parking will consist of 69 spaces. Signage
meeting the requirements of the ordinance will consist of a wall sign mounted on the south
elevation and a monument sign at the northwest corner of the intersection of 96th Street and
Gray Road.
The matter was presented to the Technical Advisory Committee on March 16,2005, and
concerns expressed by committee members have been addressed by the applicant.
