The all brick building will be brown with accent trim colors and a dark gray standing seam metal roof. The building will be occupied by Indiana Members Credit Union. Lighting of the site will be provided by 20' tall down directional box light fixtures (8 poles, 3 with dual fixtures; 5 with single fixtures) and parking will consist of 69 spaces. Signage meeting the requirements of the ordinance will consist of a wall sign mounted on the south elevation and a monument sign at the northwest corner of the intersection of 96th Street and Gray Road. The matter was presented to the Technical Advisory Committee on March 16,2005, and concerns expressed by committee members have been addressed by the applicant.
