We will update the file to reflect the change. From your drawing it appears as if there might be enough room to put some decorative planters on the edge of the sidewalk after the fence is moved. Is there a plan for that to add some greenery close to the outdoor seating area? Please let me know. The canopy extends about 3' west of the outdoor seating fence, this is in accordance with what was on the approved plans. The attachment has a blue line drawn over the top of the canopy line that was originally presented, I just added the blue line to make it stand out and easier for you to see. The shift in the fence will maintain the sidewalk area on the north side and retain the buffer between cars backing up and the fence since that main section will not move. If you visit the site, you can see that it would make a lot of sense to shift that west edge and line things up better. Let me know your thoughts.
