STATEMENT OF VARIANCE
Rick and Kim Suder are seeking approval for an in ground swimming pool to be installed
three feet from the side 'yard property line.
STATEMENT OF SUPPORT
With the strict easements on our property we are limited to a small area for pool
placement. The pool will be behind a privacy fence, below the ground and will not be in
line of site to the public. The swimming pool includes extensive upgraded features and
should add.value to the property. Even with the removal of our existing deck and patio,
the zoning ordinances/easements does not allow for enough workable space to
comfortably complete the project as desired.
