The applicant seeks approval to replace wall, ground and directional signs on the current Four Points by Sheraton Hotel.
They are rebranding to Holiday Inn The site is located at 251 E Pennsylvania Pkwy. and is zoned B-6 It is located within
the US 31 Overlay Zone.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This Item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. Proof of Notice is not needed
4. The Filing Fee and Eight(8) Information packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary, Ramona
Hancock, no later than 12:00 PM,Tuesday, May 29, 2012. If filing fee and materials are not delivered by this
time, this application will be continued to the Wednesday, June 27, 2012 meeting
5. Please include the following in your packet(stapled):
a) Pages 1-2 of your ADLS Amendment application
b) Site plan showing where each sign will go on the property
1. Please label each sign drawing for clarification as well
2 There is an additional sign at College and Penn, please show that on the site plan too
c) Illustrations showing what each sign will look like on the building or site
d) Color drawing of the signs with dimensions, materials, height, and lighting style
1 The main wall signs are shown at 138 sq. ft. Only 94 sq. ft. is allowed. Please reduce the size of
these wall signs.
2 Square footage is measured by drawing a box around the entire sign, from the lowest to highest
points and widest points.
e) Landscape plan (or photo of existing landscape bed)
6. This Item will appear on the Tuesday, June 5, 2012 agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies Committee
at 6 00 pm in the Caucus Room, Second Floor, City Hall Please have a representative attend to present your
request.
7. After approval, sign permits will be required for each sign that is greater than 3 sq. ft. Here is a link to the sign
permit application. Please have this ready to be turned in after your Plan Commission Committee approval is
granted.
