CARMEL/CLAY ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Docket No. 05030015 V
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on
the 28th day of March, 2005 at 6:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development
Standards Variance application to: Grant relief from the Bufferyard Standards -
Zoning Ordinance Chapter 26.04.05 at the property known as 11590 North Meridian
Street, Carmel, Indiana, commonly known as the Meridian Tower building.
Due to the City's purchase of real estate necessary for the widening and
construction of 116th Street from this property, the owner is not able to balance parking
requirements of the City with the City's landscape bufferyard standards. We are asking
for this Variance so we are able to continue our operation within the laws of the City of
Carmel.
The application is identified as Docket No. 05030015 V.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:

All interested persons desiring to present their views on the'\ above application, either in
writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time
