REMOVE ALL WALLS, MILLWORK, DOORS, AND DOOR FRAMES AS SHOWN DASHED. RESERVE DOORS AND DOOR FRAMES FOR RE-USE IN NEW PROJECT SCOPE. 2. SAVE ALL ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE SPACE PER OWNER'S DIRECTION UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. 3. DEMOLISH DENOTED EXISTING CEILING SYSTEM CLEARLY AND CLEANLY BACK TO A POINT WHERE INSTALLATION OF NEW CEILING SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE. 4. DEMOLISH EXISTING WALL AND/OR FLOOR SURFACES BACK TO A POINT WHERE INSTALLATION OF NEW FLOORING FINISHES IS POSSIBLE. 5. REMOVE EXISTING FINISHES WHERE NEW FlNISHES ARE TO BE INSTALLED. REFERENCE FlNISH PLAN TO COORDINATE LOCATIONS OF NEW FINISHES. 6. REMOVE ELECTRICAL AND DEVICE LINES IN WALLS THAT ARE i0 BE REMOVED, INCLUDING ALL ATTACHED WIRING.
