APPROVED: Docket 04060029 PP. The Commission approved the request ten (10) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition subject to recording of commitment and agreement between applicant and nieghbor as presented. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
