The applicant seeks to plat a residential subdivision of approximately 54 lots on 40.39:f:
acres. The site is located on southwest of Towne Rd and 136th St. The site is zoned S-

No comments were received at the public hearing f<?r this request. The applicant must address
the following:
I. C'ommitments with regard to ordinance required road improvements. This should be
submitted pri<?r. to the committee meeting and include an engineer's estimate.
2. The Department requests that the' path through common area # 10 terminate at the
crosswalk at the southwest comer of the area and that the path in common area #9
terminate at the opposing crosswalk.
The Department recommends that the Subdivision Committee forward this item back to
the full Plan Commission after all comments and concerns are addressed.
