C'ommitments with regard to ordinance required road improvements. This should be submitted pri<?r. to the committee meeting and include an engineer's estimate. 2. The Department requests that the' path through common area # 10 terminate at the crosswalk at the southwest comer of the area and that the path in common area #9 terminate at the opposing crosswalk. The Department recommends that the Subdivision Committee forward this item back to the full Plan Commission after all comments and concerns are addressed.
