The Special Studies Committee will meet to consider the following items:
1. Docket No. 12100013 ADLS Amend: The Centre — City Barbeque.
The applicant seeks approvals for the tenant facade design, lighting, outdoor dining area, and landscaping.
The site is located at 1342 S. Range Line Rd. and is zoned B -3 /Business within the Carmel Dr. — Rangeline
Rd. Overlay Zone. Filed by Ashley Bedell of Kite Realty Group.
2. Docket No. 12100012 ADLS Amend: Wedgewood Building Company's Office (D Wilkinson
Addition, Lot 32). The applicant seeks approval for a building addition and exterior building and site
modifications for a professional office. (This was the prior proposed Abbey Taphouse site). The site is
located at 32 First Ave NE (now 32 First Street NE) and is zoned B -1 /Business, within the Old Town

3. WITHDRAWN - Docket No. 12070001 ADLS Amend: Abbey Taphouse (D Wilkinson's Addition,
Lot 32). The applicant seeks approval for exterior building and site modifications for a small brewery. The
site is located at 32 First Ave NE and is zoned B 1 /Business, within the Old Town Overlay, Character

4. Docket No. Docket No. 12080005 ADLS: McDonald's Rebuild.
