Eric,
We will need a utility easement along the south edge of property line, as we will need to run a
main back to catch the buildings and we can't install main on property without being in easement.
Other than that Vectren does not have any issues with your development.

Good afternoon TAC members,
Please find attached revised Detailed Development Plans for the Dunkin Donuts / C -Store to be
located at 9800 North Michigan Road. This project was originally filed back in March of this year;
however, the development was undergoing some significant changes so it was not discussed at the
April TAC meeting for which it was scheduled. The PetSuites building previously proposed for the
rear half of the property has been removed and a smaller commercial building has replaced it. The
new building is much closer to Michigan Road and the rear half of the site will be used for tree
preservation and detention as needed. There is significantly more greenspace on this revised plan
(over 55 %) due to the difficult soils located on the rear half of the subject parcel.
Hard copies of the revised plans will be going out in the mail on Monday. Please let me know if
you have any questions or comments in the meantime.
