I will try to get Mike H to sign the mylar copy on Thurs. or Fri. when we gets back from Vacation, and then I can bring it down to you. Troy— 1. you will need to either pick up this mylar copy of the Plat to get the owner to sign it, or you can bring in a new mylar copy of the replat with the owner's signature(and also add the replat docket no.) 2. After this plat is approved by the BPW and you take it to get recorded at the Recorder's Office, our Dept. will need to receive 2 paper copies and one digital/scanned copy of the Recorded replat. 3. Also,the three other replats that we need copies of the Recorded plat are for Blocks 0,E,and F. Please get copies of the recorded plats to us for these,too,ASAP. If Angie has the mylars they will be signed by their department and forward down to me,at that time I can submit to the Board. A review by our department will be required also, but usually everything is in order at that time. His number is 571-2441 and his email is dbarnes @carmel.in.gov . (I think the BPW deadline is July 11,to be on the July 18 BPW meeting agenda.)
