Our clients, HCRI Carmel Building A Medical Facility, LLC and HCRI Carmel Building B Medical Facility, LLC, received approval on June 27`h, 2012 to amend prior commitments regarding signage at the site commonly known as the North Meridian Medical Pavilion located at 12188 North Meridian Street, Carmel, Indiana. Our clients also received approval on June 25th, 2012 of two development standard variances; one, to allow the second building- tenant ground identification sign to be the same height as the existing sign located at the north entrance to the parking lot; and, two, to allow the permitted Meridian Street frontage building- tenant ground identification sign to be relocated to face the Illinois Street right -of -way at the south entrance to the parking lot. Also, on June 27th, the Plan Commission gave ADLS Amend. Approval to (i) four (4) private traffic directional signs for the parking lot, two (2) of which need a small variance for height and area; and, (ii) a new wall sign to be placed under the awning/canopy at the entrance to the 12188B building, which also needs a variance for being an additional sign.
