Prorated Invoice
Dear Adam,
Before sending you your 2013 APCO dues invoice, we wanted to contact you. All APCO
memberships expire on December 31 of the calendar year. Since you joined mid-year, you will
receive credit for the 2012 months that you missed out on. When your 2013 dues invoice
arrives, it will have a prorated amount that is less than the full rate to renew for the full 2013
calendar year. We are looking forward to another year of working with you. If you have any
