GENERAL NOTES:
A. THIS CONTRACTOR SHALL ACCEPT THE SITE AS HE FINDS
IT AND SHALL MAKE ROUGH AND /OR FINISHED GRADING
ADJUSTMENTS AS NECESSARY TO SUIT FINAL CONDITIONS
SHOWN HEREON.
B. TREES, STUMPS, BRUSH AND DEBRNS SHALL BE REMOVED
BY THE CONTRACTOR (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED) BEFORE
GRADING.
C. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH CONTRACTOR
TO VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING
TO HIS PHASE OF THE WORK. IT SHALL ALSO BE THE
CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE OWNER
OF THE VARIOUS UTILITIES BEFORE WORK IS STARTED.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY IN WRITING THE OWNERS

D. NO ROOF DRAINS, FOOTING DRAINS AND /OR SURFACE
WATER DRAINS MAY BE CONNECTED TO THE SANITARY
SEWER SYSTEM, INCLUDING TEMPORARY CONNECTIONS
DURING CONSTRUCTION.
E. NO TRAFFIC WILL BE ALLOWED ON PREPARED SUBGRADE
PRIOR TO PAVING.
F. ALL PIPE OR DRAINAGE STRUCTURES IN TRENCHES UNDER
PAVED SURFACE SHALL BE BACKnL.LED KITH GRANULAR
MATERIAL AND COMPACTED BY APPROVED METHODS.
G. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING
ALL STATE, CITY, AND COUNTY PERMITS AND PAYING ALL
COST THEREOF.
H. EXISTING UTILITIES ARE SHOWN APPROXIMATE ONLY.
CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION, SIZE, MATERIAL
AND DEPTH WITH RESPECTIVE OWNERS AND SHALL
PROTECT THE UTILITIES AT ALL TIMES.
I. GRADE BETWEEN FlNISH ELEVATIONS AND CONTOURS SHOWN
AND THOSE EXISTING ELEVATIONS, CONTOURS OR PAVING
WHICH ARE TO REMAIN UNDISTURBED. IN SMOOTH PARABOLIC
CURVES. PROVIDE SMOOTH TRANSITIONS FROM NEW GRADES
TO EXISTING GRADES AT POINT OF JOINING.
J. MATCH THE LEVELS OF NEW PAVING TO THOSE OF EXISTING
PAMNGS AT POINTS WHERE THEY MUST JOIN UNLESS OTHERWISE
SHOWN. MINOR ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE MADE TO FINISH
ELEVATIONS SHOWN AS REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH SUCH
MATCHING.
