MANNER SUITABLE TO ACCEPT NEW FlNISHES AND/ OR SURFACES
C. VERIFY FLOOR ELEVATIONS ON EITHER SIDE OF WALLS BEING REMOVED. PATCH THE
FLOOR AND INSTALL AND EPDXY FlLL MATERIAL AS MAY BE REQUIRE� F042 A LEVEL
FLOOR CONDITION.
D. WHEN DEMOLITION CAUSES OR ExPOSES DAMAGE TO FLOOR SLAB, WALL, OR CEILING
SURFACES WHICH WILL REMAW EXPOSED IN THE FlNISH WORK, THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL REPAIR AND LEVEL SUCH CONDITIONS SUITABLE TO RECIEVE NEW FlNISHES.
E ALL DEMOLITION ITEMS SHALL BE CONSIDERED THE PROPERtt OF THE OWNER UNTIL
SUCH A TIME AS VERIFlCATION HAS BEEN MADE AS TO THOSE ITEMS NOT TO BE RETAWED
BY THE OWNER PRIOR TO REMOVAL FROM THE SITE ALL ITEMS NOT TO BE
RETAMED SHALL BE REMOVED COMPLEfELY FROM THE SITE BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
E THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL TEMPORY PARTITIONS AND TEMPORARY
DOORS AS INDICATED ON THIS DEMOLITION PLAN OR AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY ARCHITECT
