Re: Olive Garden—12070007 V through 12070011 V Dear Mr. DeGagne: At the meeting held Monday, August 27,2012,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 10206 N. Michigan Road. TABLED:Docket No.12070007 V:Development Standards Variance for roof material(clay tile proposed). APPROVED:Docket Nos.12070009 V and 12070010 V: Development Standards Variances for signs not facing public right-of-way south(1 proposed,0 allowed)and number of signs facing right-of-way east(2 proposed, 1 allowed). DENIED:Docket Nos.12070008 V and 12070011 V: Development Standards Variances for total number of signs(4 proposed,2 allowed)and total square footage(140 square feet proposed,80 square feet allowed). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is August 27,2015.
