Back in 2002, Drees applied for a building permit for Lot 253, Lakes at Hazel Dell. They later decided to cancel the application, ~lue to the buyers switching lots. Today, Drees brought an application in for this lot once ag,a, in. As I was entering the information into Pentamation, I found the following note on the 2002 permit record: ,iSPEClAL REVIEW NOTE: This lot must meet minimum grades...see e-mail from Dick Hill dated 4/23/02. Are those issues still valid? If so, could you send us some information, perhaps the 4/23/02 e-maiL about this lot? ' Thank you.
