At the meeting held Monday, April 25, 2005, Caffilel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 501
Congressional Blvd.
APPROVED: Docket No. 05040001 V: Development Standards Variance for side yard setback.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Tilne Lirnit of the ZORing Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-tike, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiFation date of the approval is April 25, 2006.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the im~rovements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application mate~ials in order to assist the Department's review.
